Alec Baldwin has been criticized for a bizarre Instagram post – for the first time since it came to light, he will be charged with two counts of manslaughter.

Just days after prosecutors revealed plans to hold him responsible for the accidental killing of Halena Hutchins in October 2021, the 64-year-old actor has left followers scratching their heads over his latest Instagram comment.

The public post came just hours after Boston-born Hilaria was mocked for slipping into an “offensive” Spanish accent while telling paparazzi to leave her children alone in the wake of Alec’s accusation.

“Imagine being accused of manslaughter and the first post you make after the ad includes a photo of your attention-seeking wife, posed with your young son, and captioned with a sexually suggestive innuendo,” one critic asked in the comments section.

Another wrote: “Does anyone else think this is scary with the caption?” the picture is nice. The caption makes it weird.

A third commenter wrote: “Dude, you need to consult your team before sending a guy, it doesn’t help your case.”

A fan of Baldwin explained to the 30 Rock star, “The back rub gimmick is a joke between adults, not mother/son.”

Others pleaded with the father of eight to stop being “problematic” and to stop publishing at all.

Others, however, found the caption harmless, and noted that her son had been dousing his mother with “ice cream after 9 p.m.”.

Last week, sources claimed Alec was “trying to stay strong” for the sake of his kids after being charged with manslaughter for the death of Helena Hutchins.

The cinematographer was killed when a prop gun went off during set rehearsals for the upcoming western in October 2021. Now the 64-year-old actor — married to Hilaria Baldwin — has Carmen Gabriella, nine, and Raphael Thomas, seven. , Leonardo Angel Charles, six, Romeo Alejandro David, four, Eduardo Pau Lucas, two, and daughters Ilaria Catalina Irina, three months with her — but he is said to focus on his children and tend to his wife as they come to terms with the charges.
