“Renner was pulled under the Pistenbully, and the track rolled over him,” the report stated.

The snow machine that ran over Renner on New Year’s Day is called the PistenBully and weighed at least 14,330 pounds, according to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.

He also mentioned that there were mechanical problems with the truck.

The “Mayor of Kingstown” star revealed over the weekend that he is taking steps to fully recover from his traumatic accident.

He took to Instagram to share a photo of himself on a hospital bed with an aide stretching his legs.

“Morning workouts, resolutions all changed this particular New Year…. brought forth by tragedy for my entire family, quickly focused on uniting actionable love,” he said in part.

The Hollywood actor also revealed that he broke more than 30 bones in the accident and went on to thank everyone for their thoughtful messages.

Renner was hit in an area near the Mount Rose Highway, a road that connects to Lake Tahoe.

On January 1, Reiner’s representatives confirmed that the Marvel star had sustained injuries.

“We can confirm that Jeremy suffered acute chest trauma and orthopedic injuries and underwent surgery today, January 2, 2023,” the statement read. He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in a critical but stable condition.
