Napoli 5-1 Juventus: Victor Osimhen scores twice and the hosts lead by 10 points

Napoli put in an impressive performance to crush Juventus by 10 points in their bid to win their first Serie A title since 1990.
Juventus won eight consecutive matches without conceding a goal, but that record ended mercilessly at Diego Armando Maradona.
Victor Osimhen scored twice, with Khafisha Kvaratskylia, Amir Rahmani and Elif Elmas also on target.
Ángel Di Maria countered for Juventus, who dropped to third place as a result.
Osimhen opened the scoring for Napoli and then provided a pass for Cavaratskhelia to double their lead, but Di Maria reacted before the break.
Rahmani restored the hosts’ two-goal lead 10 minutes into the first half, and from there Luciano Spalletti’s side exploded.
Georgian star Kvaratskhelia Osimhen cut through with a superb cross, and the Nigerian forward headed in his 12th Serie A goal of the season.
Elmas’ deflected effort completed the scoring, as Juventus conceded five goals in a single game in the competition for the first time since May 1993.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri’s team had received only seven in the Premier League this season and is in third place, equal in number of points with second-place Milan.
But this was a stunning Napoli display, underlining the hosts’ credentials for their first Serie A title since Maradona was in their ranks 33 years ago.
