New Peloton Program “Straight to the Core” with Rebecca Kennedy

Peloton is back with another new core program for its members. Rebecca Kennedy teaches the new “Straight to the Core” program. The program is 4 weeks long and contains 24 lessons.

The new Straight to the Core program is available exclusively to Peloton Guide owners for the first seven weeks. This means that it should be available to all Peloton members around February 27, 2023.

Rebecca first Annoyed that this program is coming In December of 2022. It was released along with the new Strength Program “You Are Stronger” with Ben Aldis Today.

Officially here straight to the gist!!!! My new 4-week Core program is now available exclusively on Peloton Guide.

Each week is 5 days, 2 consecutive days. The weeks progress in terms of duration, load, intensity, and movement changes. Classes range from 5 to 30 minutes.

Description of the Peloton Program “Straight to the Core” with Rebecca Kennedy

This is the official description for Peloton’s “Straight to the Core”: “Welcome to Straight to the Core! This 4-week program is designed to build core strength and power using progressive overtraining. Class times and technical difficulty increase and equipment is added as the weeks progress.” “

It wouldn’t be Peloton without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can get a Bronze Badge for completing 11 classes, a Silver Badge for completing 17 classes, or a Gold Badge for completing 20 chapters out of a total of 24 classes.

How to Join the Peloton Program “Straight to the Core”

Currently, the only way to join is from the Peloton Guide device. Once the program is available to all members, you’ll be able to join from your app, website, or from your Peloton bike or tread. We will share the link as soon as this happens.

Note that as part of the relaunch of the Peloton Programs, these classes are “locked” and only available while you are progressing through the program. However, you can click on any category name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark it or add it to your stack and take it now if you like.

For the first week, join Rebecca as we focus on learning the basic movements and positions that will be used throughout the program and setting a starting point for our Benchmark test.

First day – grade 15 Minute Program Introduction – Rebecca Kennedy – 1/9/23 @ 10:00am ET

Day 2 – Grade 110 Minutes of Standing Core Strength – Rebecca Kennedy – 1/9/23 @ 10:00am ET

Third day – class 15 Minutes to Core Strength – Rebecca Kennedy – 1/23/9 at 10:00am ET

Third day – class 210-Minute Benchmark Test – Rebecca Kennedy – 1/23/9 at 10:00am ET

Fourth day – class 115 Minutes of Core Strength – Rebecca Kennedy – 9/23/1 at 10:00am ET

Fifth day – class 110 Minutes to Core Strength – Rebecca Kennedy – 1/23/9 at 10:00am ET

In week 2, we start to ramp up the intensity! Get ready to explore new variations of basic movements familiar from week one, as well as adding weights to the movements

Classes are not expected to be available until January 16th, even for Guides users

Congratulations on completing the first half of the program! In the third week, Rebecca adds a 30-minute class and the first advanced class to the program, so be sure to track your progress!
