Northern Liberties – $134.6 million: Structured construction funding from Walker & Dunlop to facilitate the Northern Liberties development, located along Spring Garden and North 2Abbreviation II Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The team acted as exclusive advisor to Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Consultants in arranging the construction loan with Ullico. Northern Liberties is poised to become a mixed-use, transit-oriented residential building consisting of 360 residential units and 23,070 square feet of retail space. Amenities will include a full-service health club and fitness center, resort-style pool, co-working space, conference room, party room including game area, and private landscaped residential podium.

JFK Logistics Center – $100 millionWalker & Dunlop has arranged $100 million in loan proceeds to facilitate the refinancing of the JFK Logistics Center, a premier industrial asset 100% leased to Amazon and located in the high-barrier-to-entry JFK Airport sub-market in Queens, New York. The multi-story property contains approximately 423,000 leasable square feet and features a 36-foot headroom, 16 load bays, 54″ x 50″ post spacing, and two levels of parking across a 10.75-acre site. The site’s main website provides access to more than 12 million consumers within an hour’s drive. Walker & Dunlop acted as exclusive advisor to a joint venture between Wildflower LTD and Amstar. Funding was provided by JP Morgan Investment Management.

Lincoln Logistics – $37.7 million: Walker & Dunlop acted as exclusive advisors to Lincoln Equities Group and PCCP in arranging $37,732,000 in construction financing to facilitate the development of the Lincoln Logistics Center located in Valley Cottage, New York. Upon completion, the property will span 220,000 square feet of Grade A industrial warehouse and distribution space, with 55 load dock doors, two inbound doors, 123 parking spaces, and 36 ceiling heights. Lincoln Logistics illustrates job demand drivers for first-rate industrial real estate, bringing together a strong local workforce pool of close to 12.3 million people within a 30-mile radius.

Peter Paul Hotel – $12.7 million: Walker & Dunlop arranged approximately $12.7 million in loan proceeds to facilitate the refinancing of Peter & Paul, a full-service boutique hotel located in the historic Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The team acted as exclusive advisors to ASH NYC to arrange the refinancing of the property, which includes 71 guest rooms and features outstanding amenities including a critically acclaimed bar and restaurant, lounging alcoves, and easy access to the French Quarter and downtown offerings. Financing was provided by Planters Bank.
