He said that as he progressed with his hygiene routine it was a “step”, telling how getting shampoo into his hair was an accomplishment, with Rylan stating that he continues these “baby steps” in some cases and now lives on his own.

The presenter said he was “feeling really good” after letting the situation “that didn’t feel right” in the past, saying, “The clouds parted when I realized I didn’t lose what I thought I had.”
