Stephen Colletti confronts Kristin Cavallari for cheating on her

In the new installment, the couple were talking about an episode of the MTV show’s second season in which Kristen told a friend that she could spot a cheater after cheating on Steven herself while they were dating.

“I want to break up our relationship and the cheating thing. Because it’s obviously season two, I’m involved in it, I make it look like I was cheating on you this whole time, I played you, that whole thing,” Cavallari said. “That’s what I remember… because I would own up to anything you did. I don’t remember you cheating on me.”

“I know we talked about maybe I did with Talan [Torriero]”,” she continued. I don’t remember actually cheating on you, but I’ll give it to you, because I’m obviously making it sound like I did. Other than Talan, I don’t think I cheated on you with anyone else.”

Cavallari said she wasn’t even sure who she could be fooling around with, since Stephen likely “would have found out” if it was anyone else from town. She also thought that “part of me is playing her” cheating thing because she thought it was a “cool” thing to do at the time.

“I may have cheated on you with Talan, but other than that, I stand by that really, I don’t think I cheated on you with anyone else,” she added, as Stephen puts it, “Hey, did you cheat on me with Talan?”

“Well, I don’t think I did, but you do. And I suppose you remember that more accurately,” she replied… before Coletti started calling her the other times she walked out on him.

“There are a couple of instances that I can remember, and those guys’ names weren’t Talan,” Stephen said. “Tell me then,” replied Cavallari, “I am more than willing to accept this now, all my memory has been overshadowed.”

He went on to name a co-worker her, then she stopped kissing, before recalling another instance where he woke up after passing out in his car and walked into a party where she was “hooking up” with someone else. “We got into a huge fight!” Coletti said.

“Oh my God, you were such an awful human being,” Kristen exclaimed, with Stephen saying the second incident led to a huge confrontation as Cavallari’s brother thought Coletti got his hands on her.

“He thought I hit you, which never happened,” Stephen said, as Christine added “never.” He said Christine’s brother then “slammed me in the face”, leaving him with a nosebleed.

“I’m a horrible person. I’m so sorry. I’m horrified by the things I’ve done, honestly,” Christine told him, and also gave her some slack by adding, “The decision-making for a lot of people at that age is very questionable.”

She added, “What is this guy. I’m sorry. I’m really sorry. This is some crazy…”. “I’m not proud of any of that, maybe that’s why I withheld my memory of it.”

On a previous episode of the same podcast, Steven also dismissed speculation that he cheated on Kristen with Lauren Conrad during the show’s first season. Swipe Edit View to create a schedule that didn’t already exist.

He explained, “I had a huge problem with this because obviously they built this show around this love triangle and there are moments where you and I broke up.” “They learned about Lauren and I bonding over our friendship and being very good friends, and you know, things obviously happened at certain times, but at no time when we were together did I ever move on with you in that way.”

Although Stephen admitted that they were “definitely messy at times”, he expressed frustration with the lack of a way to react to the storylines being crafted on the show as it aired. He added “You get the tapes three days before they air and you can’t do anything about it. You don’t have publicity at the time, you can’t do Jack. I was so helpless.”
